Thank you for buying SWACHALIT(R) products. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. This Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us. We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review this Policy regularly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our Tank Monitor Android Application. By using Tank Monitor Android App, you agree to the collection and usage of information in accordance with this policy.

Depending on your use of Tank Monitor Android App, we may collect and process the following data about you:
Information voluntarily provided by you, such as when you register your app.
Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means.
App Permissions – The Tank Monitor app may request access to certain device features, including notifications and the camera, but only if you choose to grant permission. These permissions are solely intended to enhance the app’s functionality.
Push Notifications – The Tank Monitor app uses a third-party service to send push notifications, processed through Google Play Services. Only app-related data is processed by Firebase for notification delivery, and no personal user data is accessed, stored, or shared. If you wish to disable push notifications, you can do so in your device settings: Settings > Apps > Tank Monitor > Notifications. Use of Your Information
We use the information that we collect from you to provide our services to you. We do not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this policy. In addition to this, we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:
To provide information to you that you request from us relating to our products or services.
To provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you. Such additional information will only be provided where you have consented to receive such information.
To inform you of any update or support related to our Tank Monitor Android App.
If you have previously purchased goods or services from us, we may provide to you details of similar goods or services, or other goods and services, that you may be interested in.

Terms & Conditions
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app for its services, at any time with an aim to make it better and more productive.
The Tank Monitor app securely stores and processes the mobile phone number provided by you during registration, using industry-standard encryption to protect your data. This number is required for OTP authentication, which may be processed by a third-party service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this may compromise your device's security features and affect the functionality of the Tank Monitor app. Additionally, the Tank Monitor app automatically deletes your mobile number upon uninstall, ensuring that no personal data is stored or retained, further enhancing your privacy protection.
You should be aware that there are certain things that we will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming.
Along the same lines, we cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android, and the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change. You’ll need to download updates to continue using the app. While we strive to keep the app relevant, we do not guarantee continuous updates or compatibility with all Android versions. However, you are encouraged to update the app when new versions are available to ensure compatibility and security.
We may discontinue the app’s services, but where possible, we will provide reasonable notice to users. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end. (b) You must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.
We shall not be held liable for any financial loss, personal damages, or data loss resulting from the use of the Tank Monitor app, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, security breaches, or unauthorized access.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective from the date mentioned at the beginning of this page.
